Jen: As a yoga instructor and author of children's picture books I am constantly on the lookout for ideas to teach through storytelling. Luckily, the world is full of inspiring sights, sounds and opportunities for service. My hope is to capture some small piece of that and empower my youngest friends to stop, look, listen and give back. Taking care of our fragile planetary home starts with each of us taking care of the people who touch our lives and using our unique talents to make a difference. I hope all my readers, listeners and fellow yogis will discover the many ways they can be a friend to our Earth and to one another.
