Your Fall Yoga Journey



Here is the secret pose of the week. Do you remember what we called it in class?

Hi yogis and parents! You all are doing such a wonderful job practicing yoga. I can tell that you have even been working on it at home. That is one of the great things about yoga, you can practice just about anywhere.

This week our theme is "Your Fall Yoga Journey." We will take a trip through the sights, smells and sounds of this glorious time of year. During our journey we meet up with some familiar friends and make new ones along the way. Our big thing to remember this week is the importance of taking big, deep breaths. We practice using that breath to help get our bodies moving and to help us relax when it was time to rest.
