I would like to thank Miss Lois and my wonderful new friends at Sherwood School for a job well done. A brave group of yoginis gave an perfect 10 performance during "Your Olympic Yoga Journey." Together we moved, grooved and asana-ed our way through Ancient Greece, modern day China and some Olympic icons & events. Everyone's enthusiasm and execution won them each the coveted EFD "Om Shanti Peace" medal of honor.
Great job everyone!
