Your AMAZON Yoga Journey

Here is the mystery pose of the week. Do you remember what it is called?

WEEK #4 Hello Shoreline Yogis! We were off again today traveling to South America for “Your AMAZON Yoga Journey.” Our journey was long (almost 4,000 miles!) and we saw all kinds of interesting creatures. We also talked about how this part of the world is very important to the health of our entire planet. Here are the poses we did this week:

Your AMAZON Yoga Journey:
Balloon Breathing
Sun Stretches
Airplane
Mountain
River
Boat
Fish
Snake
Crocodile
Lizard on a Rock * WITH A PARTNER
Spider

Waterfall * WITH A PARTNER
Savasana

****PLEASE NOTE: Next week will be our last class of this session. If you are comfortable doing so, I invite you to send in a non-perishable food item for the Shoreline Soup Kitchen with your child. We will celebrate all we have learned over the last few weeks and talk about how important it is to take care of one another all year long. If you have ANY questions about this or anything else, PLEASE don’t hesitate to contact meNamaste,
-Ms. Jen
