WEEK #1 Happy New Year Shoreline Yogis! With lots of new beginnings; a new yoga session, a new year, great new yogi friends, LOTS of yogi birthdays, OF COURSE we needed to have a party! This week's class is all about having fun and celebrating the special time we set aside each week to practice yoga with one another. Here are the poses we explored today.
