Our AMAZON Journey - Saxton B. Little Free Library

Hello Columbia Friends,

Thank you so much to Ms. Megan for having me at the Library today. Braving the heat and humidity we were off traveling to the South American rain forest for “Our AMAZON Yoga Journey.” Our trip was long (almost 4,000 miles!) and we saw all kinds of interesting creatures. We also talked about how this part of the world is very important to the health of our entire planet. Here are the poses we did together:

Balloon Breathing
Sun Stretches
Airplane
Mountain
River
Boat
Fish
Snake
Crocodile
Lizard on a Rock *(can be done with a partner)
Spider
Tree
Waterfall
Savasana

I hope that you keep practicing these poses and will share your yoga expertise with others. Just contact me if you need a reminder of what any of the poses look like or if you think of another friend that you might see on your next trip to this part of the world.

Stay cool, keep reading and don't forget to let those imaginations run wild.

Om, shanti, shanti, peace.

Namaste,
Ms. Jen
